Located right at the heart of Harton village, this 150 year-old Church of England building houses a warm and welcoming community. We try to model God’s love for us in our worship of him and in our service of others in our community and beyond. As we pray in worship, we aim to “love one another, work for the healing of the earth, and share the good news of Jesus, as we wait for his coming in glory.” Do come and join in!
Baptisms, weddings and funerals are held here alongside weekly (Thursday, 10am) and Sunday worship (10.30am main service and a quieter service in the evening – sung Evensong the second Sunday of the month at 6pm, otherwise a half hour of quiet and Compline, a short night prayer at 6.30pm). Children’s groups meet for teaching during most Sunday services, and bible study and home groups meet on weekday evenings. We also meet for fellowship over coffee on the final Saturday of the month. All are welcome – we are proud to be an Inclusive Church.
